Asian Organics Organic Yellow Curry Paste combines fresh herbs with dried spices to bring you aunthentic Thai curry dishes. The turmeric gives the dish a little sweetness and tangy flavor which balances very well with the spice from the chilies. 

Add coconut milk to make sauce base.

Organic Shallot, Organic Lemongrass, Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Dried Chili, Organic Coriander Seeds, Organic Galangal, Organic Ginger, Organic Cumin, Organic Turmeric Powder, Citric Acid
Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of curry paste and 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir in meat and vegetables in medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked. Add water as necessary. Bring to a boil.
Ambient room temperature and keep refrigerated after opening.
